Johnny is Greater Consulting Services’ Managing Director & Founder, and works hard to ensure that our business is well structured and prepared to keep up with our growth journey. He has over 20 years' experience in shaping and leading complex, large scale Finance Transformation, next generation multi-tower Shared Services programs (Global Business Services) and helping businesses fuel growth through Rapid and Sustained Cost Reduction programs (including Zero-Based Budgeting).

Before Greater Consulting Services, Johnny was partner at Accenture, primarily working with clients across life sciences, consumer goods, travel, utilities and retail. After 17 years at Accenture, Johnny founded Greater Consulting Services because he thought Consulting could be done different and better. At Greater Consulting Services there is only ever one agenda, and that is delivering our clients’ agenda. He started his career in Audit & Assurance with PwC.

Johnny lives in rural Cheshire with his wife, two kids, dog and goldfish. Outside of work he enjoys a busy family and social life, travelling to far flung places, sports, and is a terrible cook.

Kaushik  has +18 years Management Consulting experience working with global multinational corporations. He is also Greater Consulting Services' CFO.

Prior to joining GCS Kaushik was an Associate Director in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice where he focused on delivering efficient and effective Finance and Procurement functions, whilst also significantly reducing costs. Before joining KPMG, Kaushik held senior positions at Accenture and PwC.

Kaushik has delivered business change programs for primarily FTSE 100 or Fortune 500 companies – he has led and participated in complex Finance and Procurement transformation programs based out of the UK; India; China; US; Nigeria and cities across Europe. Roles have focused on business process re-engineering; Shared Services / Outsourcing design and implementation; failing outsourcing projects remediation; ERP selection and implementation and working capital optimization.

Kaushik lives in London and is a long suffering Arsenal supporter. In his spare time he enjoys reading crime fiction and watching 90s sitcoms.

A versatile, personable and dedicated business transformation specialist with a unique blend of strategic and delivery skills, John has over +20 years experience working with blue chip companies and senior stakeholders to tackle their most important challenges.

Formerly an Accenture manager and now a Greater Consulting Services director John manages all aspects of the Change Journey. John’s key clients include Walgreens Boots Alliance, BP, Barclays, NHS, Siemens Healthineers, Aspen Insurance, Pearson, Lloyds Banking Group, M&G Prudential, Unilever, Voca, Clearstream and the UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

As Chief Impact Officer, John's focus is on determining how we as individuals and as a collective can maximize the positive impact we deliver for our clients and the wider world.

John leads by example and has a wealth of experience in building teams, shaping and delivering complex business and technology strategies as well as executing and turning around projects and programs across private and public sectors.

Vickie is an accomplished Finance Transformation Senior Manager. After +10 years within Accenture’s Business Strategy, CFO and Enterprise Value practice she has significant experience defining and delivering major programs including strategic cost reduction (zero based budgeting) and shared service (global business services) programs.

Vickie works across industry and specialises in…

• Operating model design (including strategy, process, governance, performance management, enabling technologies, talent management, organisation design, location and sourcing

• Helping businesses with large scale finance transformation including financial accounting design and operational restructuring

• Rapid and sustained cost reduction / zero based budgeting (ZBB)

• End-to-end delivery for Shared Services programs from operational assessments to design and transformation to implementation, transition and stabilization

• Developing financial models and business case production

• Program Management

We spend a significant amount of time at work and as Chief Engagement Officer, Vickie is on point to minimize anything that prevents us enjoying and being engaged with the work we do.

Vickie is a dedicated mum of two, bringing the same fun, energy and focus to her clients as her family. A keen sports woman and runner and is often found with surf-board on the Cornish coast.
